Longterm Interactive LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates mobile applications, websites, and digital entertainment services under the JoyFlow Studio brand.

This Privacy Policy applies to all current and future applications, games, websites, and services published or operated by us.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our applications, websites, or related services.

This policy is designed for casual mobile game apps distributed to users in the United States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other similar markets. It is a generated template and should be reviewed against the App's actual SDKs, data practices, and legal requirements before publication.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the App and which features are enabled, we may collect or receive the following categories of information:

  • device type, operating system, app version, language settings, and similar technical information
  • IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, and country or region
  • device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and app instance identifiers
  • gameplay activity, level progress, coloring or puzzle interactions, rewards, virtual items, and preferences
  • analytics events, session length, screens viewed, crash reports, diagnostics, and performance data
  • purchase history and subscription status, where the App offers in-app purchases
  • support messages and email address, if you contact us for help

The App does not require you to create an account. Most gameplay can be used without directly identifying yourself to us.

We do not intentionally collect precise GPS location, government identifiers, health information, biometric data, or payment card numbers through the App. Payment transactions are processed by the relevant app store or payment provider.

2. How We Use Information

We use information for the following purposes:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and improve the App
  • save gameplay progress, preferences, rewards, and app settings
  • measure app performance, fix bugs, prevent crashes, and improve user experience
  • show ads, measure ad performance, prevent ad fraud, and manage advertising frequency
  • process optional purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and entitlement status
  • respond to support requests and communicate service-related notices
  • detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and policy violations
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies

The App may include advertisements and optional in-app purchases or subscriptions. Where permitted by law and platform rules, advertising partners may use device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location, app activity, and similar signals to show and measure personalized ads.

4. Advertising, Analytics, and Third-Party SDKs

The App may include advertising, analytics, attribution, crash-reporting, fraud-prevention, and purchase-management technologies. These technologies may collect device information, advertising identifiers, app events, approximate location, and usage data to provide their services.

We may use the following third-party SDKs or service providers. Their processing is governed by their own privacy notices and contractual terms:

  • Google AdMob: used for advertising, analytics, attribution, crash reporting, purchase management, fraud prevention, or app operations, depending on the SDK enabled in the App.
  • AppLovin: used for advertising, analytics, attribution, crash reporting, purchase management, fraud prevention, or app operations, depending on the SDK enabled in the App.
  • Unity Ads: used for advertising, analytics, attribution, crash reporting, purchase management, fraud prevention, or app operations, depending on the SDK enabled in the App.
  • Firebase Analytics: used for advertising, analytics, attribution, crash reporting, purchase management, fraud prevention, or app operations, depending on the SDK enabled in the App.
  • Firebase Crashlytics: used for advertising, analytics, attribution, crash reporting, purchase management, fraud prevention, or app operations, depending on the SDK enabled in the App.
  • AppsFlyer: used for advertising, analytics, attribution, crash reporting, purchase management, fraud prevention, or app operations, depending on the SDK enabled in the App.

You can limit ad tracking or reset your advertising identifier through your device settings. In some regions, we may also provide consent prompts or opt-out controls inside the App.

5. Sharing of Information

The Studio does not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information to service providers, advertising partners, analytics providers, platform operators, app store providers, professional advisors, authorities, or business transfer parties when necessary for the purposes described in this policy, where you have consented, or where required by law.

For California residents, certain advertising or analytics disclosures may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under the CCPA/CPRA. Where applicable, you may opt out through in-app privacy controls, device settings, consent management tools, or by contacting us.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information as long as necessary to provide the App, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights. We may retain aggregated or anonymized information that no longer identifies you.

7. International Transfers

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live, including the United States and other jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as contractual protections, to support international transfers.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • request correction or deletion of personal information
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, where applicable
  • limit the use of data for targeted advertising, where applicable
  • request a portable copy of your information, where applicable

To exercise your rights, contact us at support@ltjoyflow.com. We may need to verify your request before responding. You may also manage many privacy choices through your device settings, app store settings, or in-app privacy controls.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

If the App is later marketed to children or configured to knowingly collect children's personal information, this policy and the App's data practices must be updated to reflect COPPA, GDPR-K, platform family policies, and any required parental consent flows.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through App Store listing, Google Play listing, and in-app settings or another reasonable method. The updated policy will be effective on the date shown above unless otherwise stated.
